Herb Butters

I made some sage butter today that is awesome.  I could have licked the bowl clean, but I controlled myself to the spoon, and then took a piece of bread and let Leif help me with the bowl.  Self Control is not a strength of mine...

You can make it too- super easy!  I took some sage from our garden, butter, and a little canola oil and plopped it all in the food processor. 


When it was well combined, I put it into an ice cube tray and froze it.  Later, I popped the cubes out and put them into a freezer bag.  

I can't wait to pull this butter out in the middle of winter!  
There is nothing like fresh herbs!
